Use of the ARiiVA Go mobile app

Installation of the ARiiVA Go app
The ARiiVA Go app is available from sales platforms operated by third parties, so-called app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store). Your download may require prior registration with the respective app store and the installation of the app store software. ARiiVA GmbH has no influence on the collection, processing and use of personal data in connection with your registration and the provision of downloads in the respective app store and the app store software. In this respect, the responsible body is solely the operator of the respective app store. If necessary, please contact the respective app store provider directly.

Required Permissions
In order for the app to function properly, it is necessary that you grant access to certain smartphone functions and personal data that are stored on the device. You will be asked once at the beginning or only when you use the respective function to grant the appropriate access authorization.

Network Access & Network Connections
Network access is required because the ARiiVA app can only be used in online mode.

Camera
Scanning data spots, taking photos for tickets, or video call transmissions require access to your system's camera.

Microphone
Videocall broadcasts require access to your system's microphone.

Gerätestatus
For our security check, we need access to the device status.

Local Storage Usage
A minimum amount of storage space is used on your device for temporarily storing the login options and user information.

Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to be able to transmit push messages or so-called in-app messages, i.e. messages that are only displayed within the app. A pseudonymized push reference is assigned to the mobile device, which serves as the destination for the push messages or in-app messages.

Modification or adaptation of the privacy policy
